1. Monday 01/08/2000 Arrival of participants  to Cork International Airport
2. Candidates will be met by a Paetrnership Europe representitive who will be holding a sign “PARTNERSHIP EUROPE”

1. Candidates will be given welcome packs with practical information, Tourism information, Phone number and map of the city etc
2. Candidates will be transferred to accommodation
3. Accommodation in: to be confirmed .

1. Candidates will be given a walking tour of the city to show local points of interest as well as practical places such as bus station, supermarkets etc

1. Orientation in Partnership Europe Office wher ruels, regulations and expectations will be outlines to participant’s, this will be followed by a question and awnser session. Bus passes will also be allocated at this meeting.

1. Information will be given regarding each company

1. 02/08/2010 Indivudal candidates will be traken by a partnership Europe staff member to their host company on the first day. He/She will be introduced to the manager/Tutor

1. Regular contact shall be maintained with the host company every week

1. Transport/Pocket will be allocated to each students: the first Friday of every month

1. Meeting to discuss final compleetion of all final documentation

1. Final meeting, presentation of final certicicates , planning for departure,
2. Transfer of candidates from accommodation to the airport
